Need help - All info welcome

We have one computer, 3 people with individual logins. I have Administrative rights, they don't.

I want to prevent them from making changes to Internet settings. Such as, changing default hompage address, deleting cookies, deleting history, etc.

I've blocked it from Windows Explorer so far as changing permissions, but from the internet iteself, they can still click on Tools, Internet Options, and go from there. Can I stop this?

well i can tell you it must be possible. When I was at school you couldnt go into that. came up a message box saying admin had cancelled option. same thing if you even tried to click the clock! as to how to do it?..maybe some one else can help you out!
