Computer Clock Changing

This only happened twice, and I don't know why. The time on my computer falls behind about 3 or 4 hours. It happened like 4 days ago, and again today when I turned on my computer.
 
Werid. Make sure that option is on which synchronizes the clock with the internet
 
I thought about the battery but wouldn't my bios change to default settings if the battery has been dead for 4 hours??? Doesnt really make sense.

And the synchro option is on.
 
hehehe, that's the problem, i feel dumb.
So what would be my Time Zone? I live in Toronto Canada...Central Time???

Hi from Mississauga,you honestly didn't know you where in the Eastern time zone,GMT-5 and Windows internet option.It's probable the -5 is -2.
