Printer sharing

on my system im the administrator but i havent got the slightest clue how to stop other users which are not administrators from printing and using all the ink up in my printer!
is there a program which will deny them access to printing without a password or something?

You could try using password protected accounts. Make accounts (not admin) and set a password for them that you only know. They will ask you to use the computer and you will know what they are doing and can stop them form printing items. Also you could uninstall all printer software from their computer/username.

Where is the printer located as to your computer. An is it connected to a router as a networking accessary ?
Remove it from the router port or switch port and plug it directly into your system and then deny sharing. Only way it could be used then would be through your computer.
