Installing XP on SATA HDD issue....

I have solved my damn issue after racking my brain on what the hell is wrong and why it won't find the hard drive, it just came to me that I had the IDE/SATA RAID Function enabled in my BIOS. Disabled it rebooted and was on my way to installing it. Thanks for the help anyway.

Just one more question I have an old 40GB IDE HDD in my old computer with all backup info on it would I need to run it as a slave drive or could I run it as master and my comp would still boot up from the SATA HDD?
