Hey Guys I would need a little help here. Could any of you guys Tell me what "NTLDR" Means.

OUCH!! reformat. thats what my friend jsut had to do. he got the same exact error. your hard drive isnt reading something right. just use the repiar feature on your windows XP disc or reformat.

Um...

It mean NT loader. Althought xp is win2k based, it uses some aspects of NT.

had the same prob. boot files be missin. just insert the os disk and go to repair and if it comes up w/ a command prompt screen just type in fixboot with no spaces
