blocking access

I have 3 users on my XP and I was wondering if I can block access to an application to another user. You see, I just installed the World Poker Tour game, for myself and my dad. But my sister has been playing it non stop. I think she's addicted.
So I want to block her user profile from playing that game.

LAMO ... boot into safe mode and change the security properties on the games folder .. do you know how?

never done it before, some steps would help.

ok boot into safe mode, login to the admin account (or any admin) find the folder, right click and select the security tab ... there you can click the add button and select here username ... once she is added select all the boxes to say block << i think that what is says
