Internet on my tv, can I get it?

Is there any system out there that doesn't cost an arm and a leg that you can use with your tv to simply browse the internet, chat, and log onto those movie websites that you pay for a memebership and have access to relatively new movies.

I do that with my video card... I can hook my video card to my tv with a port on the back of it. I have a wireless mouse and keyboard and tada I can surf the net and play games on my tv. It does not cost too much well it depands what you think costing an arm and a leg. It is a few years old it cost like 500 bucks when it was new you can probubly get it for 200 bucks now...

Just the card. You could probubly see one on ebay for really cheap. Make sure it has a video out on it mine is S-Video and it came with an adapter to make it plain video cable.
