Program Integrity Problem

When i run one button checkup in norton systemworks i always get 1 error in the program integrity scan that doesnt go away, when i click 'begin fix' its says 1 error fixed but when i run the scan again the same error comes.

When i click details it says 'missing program files' and when i click on that it says
'C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\10\00\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe' cannot access necessary file, "mscoree.dll."

does anyone what i can do cause i have no idea
