Which card would you choose?

The specs for the computer I'm going to build is in my signature, but I'm not completely sure which card I should end with...

I'd go with the Geforce.

I'd personally go for the Geforce, but the X700 is the card comparable to the 6600GT and not the X800.

So in fact, the X800 is a better card than the one you've picked out as the second choice, and with the extra 128mb of ram you get...

The Geforce 6800 by Nvidia is comparable to the X800 in terms of speed.

No it's not SLI. You don't need a SLI board unless you plan on buying a Nvidia card (gefore), and planning on buying 2 of the same card.
