integrated ddr controller
socket 939 is more standard, better upgrade options in future
there are more cant remember the now,.. no doubt kage will be quick with his wisdom here

You wont need to upgrade your MOBO for ages becasue the AMD FX-55 will be the best for the next 2 years...

Yeah, the 939 is the way to go. 734, the old socket is starting to lose its thread now, and 939 is being used much more for new products.
So until another socket comes out (probably not for a while yet), 939 is the best option
