Ok, just thought I'd update this. I never got anything from the hard drive. I remember going into the setup menu during the boot-up and seeing somewhere that there was only 6mb of info on the hard drive. My guess is that the hard drive is fried. My boss was informed, who informed his boss. He's not happy, and the computer will be brought to him to reformat, etc. I wanted to thank you all for your help.
