Burner Numbers?

Does anyone here know what the three numbers before a burner stand for? I don't mean like 52x32x52. Like, in deepburner, my NEC 3520 shows 2:0:0, and my LiteOn CD-R/DVD-ROM shows 1:1:0. I've just been curious as to what these stand for...

Thats it... however I see no reason to ask there as it's not just with their program, it shows up on others. THat's just what I had installed on here...
