frontpage 2000 to a disc

is there anyway i can get microsoft frontpage to a disc for my friend some say you cant but some say you can?(straight from the hdd not a disc)

it comes with microsoft office, and I don't believe there is a way you can just put that on a cd. your friend will just have to install the whole office program from your cd
