Anyway, back on the problem.
Make sure the ftp is on in your control panel. Or in the system services. If you want, i can check it out for you using webmin. Just Pm or email me. And uhh, be sure your sharing the correct files with the proper chmod. Another good thing to check out is if the file's permission settings are correct.
