Windows Folder Refresh problem

Hi,

Whenever I unzip or unrar a file I need to hit F5 to refresh the folders and see the new folder. I'm sure Windows used to do this automatically. How can I get it back to normal? I have Windows XP home.

I'm pretty sure you just have to do that yourself now, but there might be an option for it.
