Would a lower processor (Such as 3200+) perform just as good possibly, or in the region of performance, or is it reccomended I stay with 3500+ ?

ohhh!!!!! if you dont mind O/C the AMD ATHLON64 3000+ is very nice, on stock coling mine is running at 2.4ghz stable. and running just below 40 degrees idle

I'd suggest that instead. Not only is it slightly better since it has SSE3 instructions, but it's much cheaper than the Winchester on zipzoomfly.

I'd like to stay away from OEM because of its lack of a warranty.
