She deserves to be locked up for committing fraud. She is not innocent. There is no dispute to that because all the evidence found the case was false. Forensic evidence too which found no skin particles in the chile.

oh, i voted too soon. here i thought it was a new Wendy's thing and voted 'No Comment.' is there anyway I can change my vote? she commited fraud. normally she'd be locked up for that and i suppose Wendy's could sue her for defamation or something.

Hmm...she may be lying, working there would surely notice a finge missing...

I think they should look at DNA evidence and try to determine who's finger it is or if she plantet it, she could well be guilty but I dont know

according to the story on yahoo, its believed that she planted the finger...

Police believe Ayala put the finger in her food, although they are still investigating the origin of the digit. Ayala has said she did not plant the finger.

Yeah def a DNA test then. If she is right and is telling the truth, it could be the company trying to hide this fact to protect themselves more.
