Build New Computer But Won't Start

Actually, it worked the first few times I turned it on. The reset switch wasn't working though, so I played around w/ the plugs and switches and now all I get is a buzzing sound coming from the PSU and a slight flicker of the CPU fan and nothing else. No beeps, no lights.

Which do you think I should try to replace first, the PSU or the motherboard?

I would just bring it into a computer shop and see what they say before you play the 'buy parts till it works game'.

I think you have a short in your motherboard power supply cable. I would try a different power supply first.
