i dont think there on anymore......but, what operating system do you have?? xp right?

oh.....have you tried booting in safe mode?

or what you could do it just put in the windows cd, and try reinstalling it(i know its not a probelm with windows, but maby i would recodnize it again), but reinstalling windows again.....assuming you have a raid configuation on ur hdd

well, i will say somethin,
-go to start and click run
-type in msconfig
-and you might wanna try starting up in diagnostic start up
-then choose the top tab that says BOOT.INI, then go down to boot options, and choose safeboot, then choose minimul(alternateshell)

-also you can go to start click run
-type in dxdiag
-and thats a diagnostic tool, but it says all the system info....
