a sticky bomb/grenade is a bomb/grenade (in that case dynamite) that sticks to surfaces (halo anyone?) it can be made diff ways.

It was destroyed by the UN because they feared it could launch chemical weapons (that's what the Iraqis wanted so they could hit say kurds from hundreds or even thousands of miles away). The 1991 Gulf War came up and the program ended.

holy shit a 1 metre wide shell comign at you is not somethign you want. but how much force would you need to send something that big over thousands of miles. its not like a rocket

That's why the cannon itself is so huge and long.. late Gerald Bull was the one who was the head of the project had experience of trying to launch projectiles into space. He wasn't exactly successful with those programs, but he made some very scary artillery pieces.
