Do either PCI-E or AGP graphics affect performance?
I currently have an AGP graphics which can be removed to replace a new one and a free pci slot.

You might have to be careful when you say PCI slot. PCI-E is a new format and is a new form of PCI but isn't that.

At the moment, there is no real difference between the two, though over time, you'll find faster cards will only be able to run at PCI-E speeds because they go higher than AGP allows. This though might be a long way off and you should worry about it.

Hope this helps

Kage should he worry or not worry about it? In all and all if you are an avid gammer and need to have a beautifull veiw of everything that is the only reason you would need to worry about it. Other than that it wont be for a long time, and should by that time just buy a new computer.
