Please help: automatic page-refreshers!!!!!

does anyone know of any automatic page-refreshers that can be used on the net???? just want to use an auction site that can be refreshed much morefrequently than internet explorer button...

...quite important, dont really want to miss out

Yeah, I've asked about this before but with Mozilla Firefox. I don't think there is one, I've tried looking.

The only one that supports automatic refreshing is the Opera browser I've heard. This is a safer option that Internet Explorer anyway.
I have never used it though so I can't say how easy it is to setup.

Yeah, I looked for automatic refreshers for that and couldn't find any. There must be a plugin somewhere but I've never found one.

The Opera Browser I found out seemed to be the only one with this function if you download it.

Does it only support Internet Explorer or is it for all?
