It's the Sever Edition...so obviously it was desinged for servers.

Yeah, it isn't CPU specific, but they designed it for server uses.

No microsoft released x64 XP there is a server version and a pro version. If you pay like 6 bucks for shipping you can get a free trila of x64 XP but it only lasts for 14 days.

I thought he was just asking about the server software. My bad. Indeed the other one is the 64 bit version of xp. However you slice or dice it, those will be out the roof as to the cost.
