Well if you disable the service and they still come up, then looking more won't help Did you actually disable the service or what?

Disable it in services

Yeah, it should definetly stop them. If you followed the instructions, put it to disable, and then pressed Stop below it to stop the service, and then press okay it should work fine. I would restart then though just to be sure, but that should get rid of them.
Messenger is whats causing it...
