LMAO!! A minor one if it did, with a Celeron, it is not really worth it, but you can go ahead for a LITTLE speed booster. I recommend switching to a Pentium4 if I were you.
I'm not sure about much of a different. And a Celeron though overclockable, isn't that good of a perfomer. You could do it for bragging rights, but i'm not sure how bad they overheat (if at all). I'm sure 200MHz OCed is doable.
Have some fun and do it. It won't hurt anything. The higher FSB and more cache will help the Celeron D to allow faster clock speeds. With that in mind, you should be able to clock the Celeron D faster than previous Celerons. Go for it.
