New computer advice

no windows 64-bit longhorn isnt coming out til around 2006, and the only other is a server edition. the amd athlon64 is 32/64 meaning it can do both.

SO before I go ahead and get this stuff, is there any part here that will hinder any other part of the computer to acheive its full potential? ie the ram not fast enough for the video card etc.
 
is that the SLI version of that mobo? because if it is your getting a SLI mobo and a ATI card, when you should just get a 6800
