easy outlook express help

my friend has outlook express. there is an email trying to receive, but is so big it wont work, it will take way to long.. is there a way to delete this incoming email?

login to your webmail for your mail provider and delete it there.

Also, set to only download headers, then delete the message, and set it back (Or if you prefer to only download the e-mails you want to read leave it on - it loads subjet, from ect. from all e-mails, but dosen't download the body 'til you view it.)

i guess he only has micrsoft outlook, not outlook express. we cant seem to find that option.

i suggest your friend goes onto Webmail if the service allows it because its going to be much more easy to do that and save loads of time.

I am sorry i am on the wrong computer so i can not check Outlook for you. Are you talking about the Outlook that comes with Office or Windows?
