Automatic refreshing

Hi, I use Mozilla Firefox to browse the web, and was wondering, is there any way of getting automatic refreshing? Maybe every 5 seconds or so?

I'd be great for this site for example to refresh the main page to see when new posts appear instead of having to hit refresh yourself.

Any ideas?

I know you can do it with opera I don't think you can in mozilla

Ah... is firefox open source?

If it is, i'm sure people might have created plugins that might do it? I just wouldn't know where to look you see.

I have checked in settings and stuff and can't find anything on it
