well, to have good cool air running through ur case u really just need a good fan. looking at ur specs i see that u really dont demand that much from ur comp so i would recommend this:http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=35-999-111&depa=0
but i really dont know the temp of ur comp and stuff like that so i dont just rely on me alone...

Hehe, that's what I did what I did 2 sticks of Corsair Value Select 512mb and I wrapped each of them in Vantec Iceberq Copper DDR Heatspreaders

Always choose a server (or mirror) that's closest to your location. Then download time is usually faster since it takes less time for the data to transfer through.
