Do you have to apply thermal paste everytime you remove the Cpu apart from the heatsink? I Just added some thermal paste 2 weeks ago and I removed cpu from heatsink again and it looks good to me but should I add more since i removed it? IF SO do I wipe off the old stuff?

No, you don't have to. You SHOULD re-apply it like every couple months, but not everytime you take theHS off. If you want to re-apply it, yes wipe off the old stuff.

As long as there is enough to cover it then its fine but keep an eye on your temps.
