firmware update for your wireless router... and update your wireless drivers just for kicks.

most likely its a firmware related problem within the router though... from past experiences just update the firmware on the router and test it and it should fix the problem.

1. Downloading things that take a lot of speed from you.
So if someone is downloading "crap" that's going to take away your bandwidth speed.

Another truth: Sometimes downloads are slow when you go to different places to download something. People restrict how fast you can download something.
