turn on

ok computer keeps turning itself on after i turn it off and it shuts down. so everytime it shuts off i click the power bar off after it has time to turn itself back on. everytime i start it up it says windows has recovered from a serious error...anyone know how to fix this. its been asked before but not for a neo 4 platinum sli mobo, and i dont remeber how he fixed it

It was something to do with the lan/internet card I think booting it back up again. I'll try and find the post on how they resolved it
