College Network???

Ok, i've got ANOTHER question lol.

Basically, i'm at college and sumtimes the net is disabled by the college administrator, it doesn't even allow you on to google, whereas in other lessons the intranet is usually on.
Basically, is there a way thru command prompt that i can enable the internet, because when i've finished my work i have to wait around for ages, so really i need to surf the net. Is there a way of enabling the intranet thru command prompt within the college, or is there anything else that could helps???

nope not really.. he prolly blocks the internet on the switch side.. so no matter what you do to your local computer it wont do jack... but just for kicks try to change your IP .. he might to an IP POOL block which will block certain IP ranges .. so change it to a server IP and see if it gets around it.
