Yeah www.ati.com, has something called the Radeon Driver under Drivers and Software.
This is the driver to run all Radeon cards out, as it has all the drivers in one file, and so is about 26meg for the one with the control panel to change video card settings. If you are short on connection time though, there are split files.
All you need to do is choose your operating system (Win 2k, XP, 98, etc)
Charchris menitoned the Omega drivers.
These are a very good swap for the offical drivers, but are mainly for people who don't want just the norm and want to overclock there cards. It just has features/functions unlocked that ATI drivers don't let you mess with, and things like that.

I installed a new driver found on the ati website (after looking at it a few more times, I was hurrying I guess) and the second fan has cooled my system. It hasn't crashed yet. I'm not sure if the fan or the driver stopped the crashing.
