Why did you join computer forms?

i got my mod status 21st of may, 6 days after i joined CF

Only because he joined under the impression that he was going to become a Moderator just for joining CF. But, as I was the only Moderator at the time, he showed he was willing to learn and I spoke to David about it. Ah, those were the days.

I was checking out forums from a search about something I was looking up and wound up here. Thought I would stay and share my expertise. Like Matt, some one said something nice about me and here I am a mod also...

I joined to only ask a few questions, then i left for ages and went to RG Forums, then came back and discovered the beauty of the Social lounge got hooked and now im a Guru

I googled 'Computer Forums' and this was the first site that came up

Funny, I did the same thing with Google. I needed more PC info since I belong to some car forums I figured there must be a PC forum too. So I typed "Computer Forum" in Google, and sure enough it was the first one on the list of many hits.
