Changing Windows Appearance..

Ok...I've heard and seen alot about really sprucing up your desktop appearance with WinCustomize, and other sites....Now with those sites, and programs for sale, Does one just buy like lets say DesktopX and Im done, I can now change everything, noises, features, taskbar, boxes, background, etc etc?. OR, Does one purchase like DesktopX or WindowsBlinds and then you have to download different features that you want into this main program.

I mean do any of those buyable programs do everything..(ie, Complete theme and features?)

A Program called Suites on wincustomize.com does that, but it doesn't really do everything, it just organizes everything into one big clumb. It makes all the WinBlind, Icon Packager, and everything go into one file.

So If I wanted to make my computer look like a theme called "Destruction", what all would I need to buy/download?....If some arent familiar with that particular one, whats needed to get any of the "WinCustomize" Desktop themes?
