Yes, the server does have programs that let it "serve". And yes, it is dedicated. And yes, it is in a datacenter.

EDIT - AT LEAST MY HOST IS NOT IN DEBT AND AT LEAST THEY HAVE ENOUGH CLIENTS TO PAY FOR THE SERVERS - THEIR SERVERS, IN LOTS OF DATACENTERS, NOT LIKE YOU WITH 1 SERVER THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN GET A PROFIT FROM!

Yes, it is a server. It's on 24/7. It's in a datacenter.
