keyboard charecters changed...

for sum reason on my dads laptop when you type @ it comes out " and vice-versa, this has also happened to my mate and it did happen to me (but some how I fixed it, cant remember!) so if anyone knows how to reset the keys please help!

on the bottom right of your desktop there should be little 'EN' this is the languge bar. Click it and change it to english or usa, the opposite of which you have it now.
