your psu should run that fine. major things that take up power are:

cpu
video
cd drives
pci cards

yours should give you more than enough

it should be enough.

go 500, 550, or 600 just to be safe, I wouldnt risk it. it may work but i wouldnt take the chance, be safe and get a 500w at least
