For the site or OS?


Site: I have some banners and will make forums. As for the coding, I have someone who can do that for the site. I will have a "Team" section too. That will be Pass. Protected.

OS: Still thinking of how I want this thing.

Haha; well as I said I purely know Web Programming. If you were after making a Software as a Service Operating System I would be more than up to help you with the Web Applications required but beyond that I have no ability in such a project.
