How fast can you run the mile?

i used to do the mile in about 4:20-4:30 when i was boxing and playing competative rugby. now id stugle to do it in 4hrs 20mins lol.

I know this guy whos tiny but hes amazing at running, he came about 30th in a school run for about 2 miles, its a huge school. Im crap at running, I did 100m in 17 seconds

I'm only good at short distance. But my mile is under 7:00!

In high junior high, I ran the mile in about 7:40. That was my best time, ever.

Hmmm... I don't think I could run a mile at anything above 6mph, which is purely fast walking speed.
