Nah, I was wrong but was corrected by Luckduck the All Knowing. Like:

God Lord Kalthorn is like a Tiger in Bed is a Metaphor

So the over the top thing is a Similie, and the representation of the thing but not actually saying it is something is a Metaphor

actually the second one is a simile too!!!!

similies use like or as to refer to another thing being similar!

metaphor is giving a non-human object human-like qualities or something like that.

"The computer screen was staring at me"<<is an example of personification. which is giving human like qualities to something that isnt human..some ppl debate that you can give humanlike qualities to animals though...
