borderless printing

We are trying to print a photograph on an HP Photosmart 7260 using Photoshop 7.0.

The problem we are facing is that everytime we print the image we are left with white borders around the shot (ranging from 10mm - 3mm). We are trying to print the pic to the edges of the A4 paper but cant seem to work out how.

Can anyone help please?

Most printers aren't capable of printing all the way to the edge of the paper. What's wrong with cutting off the white border?

There should be some options in printer or page setup where you can decrease the margins. But, as BigLu said, I don't think you can go all the way to the edge. If you look, PS has an option for an 8x10 page, not 8.5x11. Plus, with all the features PS has, couldn't you just shink it a bit?
