Streaming Video Online

My brother wants to set up a website with streaming video on it. Heres what we got


linksys wvc54g Wireless Webcam
Netgear DG834 Router
1mb/s Broadband
Xtonet Resleller hosting.




How does he do it???!!!



UPDATE: He can accsess the camera alone, but i think he wants to emmbed it into the HTML somehow (http://www.wendleinc.com)

Well from working around with a variety of media format, you will need a good video editing program like Pinnacle Express to get your clips in asf formats (active streaming formats) http://www.microsoft.com/mind/0997/netshow/netshow.asp
The documentary is long, but if you grasp the essential, you should be able to be efficient in your projects.
