Capturing an Anologue TV signal

For my new PC, I want to be able to record and watch TV on my PC. I have Freeview and a normal TV signal, and I also have a TV plug where my PC will go. Does the graphics card I get need to have ViVo capabilites, or is a TV tuner card on it's own suitable?

You can use the card alone and get freeview on it, if it is a digital tuner.
