CPU fan or just regular case fans? If case fans all of them are prrractically the same, the only difference is the size and the LED colors.

No, actually soem case fans are really loud, but give out a lot more air.

Everything is compatible apart from the hard drive, its sata and that mobo doesn't support that!!!!

what does SATA mean? what is it for?

The processor is decent. I wouldn't say any more. It's nothing truly extravagent but it should do you some justice. You could also overclock it.

SATA is better than ATA. SATA has higher data transfer rates and smaller connectors.
