DVD backup

Hey guys
I have made a backup copy of Passion of the Christ, but the subtitles don't come up, I have checked the number of files on the DVD is the same as the number on my hard drive. Not sure what else it could be? Any ideas? I am using dvd decrypter to get the files from the dvd to the computer.

Ok, after ripping the files to your computer, get Dr.Divx and use that to convert it to AVI with divx encoding, before it encodes it, it will ask you what language you want it in, and if you want subtitles or not...
and BTW try using dvd shrink to rip it
