This is B.S. Britain would of never been more powerful then America because America would of never fully developed. You need to get your facts right..
Britian was more powerful than America right up to the early 1900s :p Even without America itself, it is obvious to say then that with America Britain would have been at least 80% as powerful as America and Britain together at the time due to the Gold, Resources, Oil and Mining as well as Mineral Resources. The power of America has, is and always will be not in its people or politics; but its in its resources.

But Britain wasn't as powerful as America in the 1940s. Look at the facts, if America didn't develop independently, the US Navy would of never fully developed. Not only would Britain have to deal with Germany it also had to deal with Japan. You are making up numbers.. where did 80% come from? You need to think before you post.

It wasn't, two World Wars does that to a vast Empire based on Trade :D Not only that; but after the War the sort of rebuilding America, Germany, Russia, Japan needed to get its economy up and growing Britain and France did not need. They did not rebuild after World War 1, has they it would have been interesting.

The US Navy would never have happened :D It would not really have to deal with germany without having sparked distrust with the Arms race and without the loss of European Trade because they couldn't afford it after World War 1 Japan may not have attacked China - even if it had its hardly a World War and Britain could have stopped it easily. The British afterall told the Americans about the attack on Pearl Harbour; and the Radar told the Americans about the attack.

80% was a mid range number allowing for at least half of the power of America at the time and the full power of Britain at the time as a percentage. 60% plus 20%+ afterall is sometimes, at least here 80%+. Maybe its something different in California.

Here we go with the factual misrepresentations once again. What do you study anyways? You aren't a political science major. Dude, I study this. You don't have a clue what you are talking about.

Japan had a general distrust with Europe, because of its involvement in China and Indochina. 80% is a bullshit number, just like everything else in your posts.

When Politics becomes a Science; its not worth doing anymore.

Politics is about opinions - if you try and make it a science it isn't Politics anymore, its some kind of evil Capitalist Politics where nobody keeps their promises and everybody trys to screw everybody else.

Political Science isn't objective. We aren't trying to make it a science. Insult my education again and I'll give you a double lip. Evil capitalist politics..? Again stop smoking the crack... capitalism brought you microsoft. You are the one whose views screw everybody.
