cannot login anywhere-help!

Hey- if anyone can help with this problem it would be appreciated. Ive had problems with logging into anything - i cant log into hotmail, my college webpage, or anything that requires a user id and a password. I wont even be able to check this message board at home, but im doing it at a friends house. Does anybody know what to do?
