DVD bURNING

Hi

I burnt my first DVD-R yesterday. I use aq program called Nero Express 6
which I find very good overall it took 6 minutes to burn the 1 1/2 hr movie (Robin William on Broadway, it was literally the funniest thing I have ever seen)

It took 25 minutes to creat an image for burning (not exact wording)

Could you please tell me if this is quick slow or what

You guys have been the most helpful site ever and I thank you for answering my annoying questions

I have two DVD-RW drives so it takes much less time to burn discs. I didn't know you can use Nero Express to burn DVDs. I thought it was only for CDs.

Yes Nero versions 6.x gives you the possibility ot burn CD or DVD. Its' nice when you have both.
Concerning burning DVD's, you must have used DVDShrink to rip it, cause I am not familiar with DVD burning but hear a lot about.
Most people I know say it takes ~ 30 minutes. It can be more or less depending on how long and what quality the DVD content is.
So in your case, your result seems to be in the norms.
